Racheal Roberts is one of our client success managers. She was born and raised in Arizona and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University. Rachel is the first face you see as you arrive at our office. She works closely with agents, staff and clients. Her sole focus and responsibility is to ensure that every interaction our clients have with our office exceeds their expectations.

She loves being able to create great client experiences, from a phone call to a warm, freshly made chocolate chip cookie. When you arrive, if there is any way we can improve our service, Racheal wants to know about it. When Racheal is not in the office, she is either on a hike or on the couch with a good book and some coffee. Racheal loves being able to leave work every day with the feeling that she helped make Overwatch Financial clients’ experiences the best they could be.
